All intellectual property rights concerning this web site’s text, graphics and designs are owned by The Gourmet Granola Company Ltd and may not be used for any reason without written permission.

Access to our site

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Site at any time.

Orders & Delivery Policy

We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

After placing an order the customer will receive a confirmation email.

We will always strive to satisfy your order, however since all orders are handmade in small batches we cannot guarantee a particular order will be dispatched within 2 days.  

Replacements: We endeavor to keep the website up to date however all ingredients are subject to availability. In the event that an ingredient is not available you will be notified and a replacement ingredient of your choice added at no additional cost.

Cancellations: We will accept changes or cancellations to your order only if your order has not been mixed. A nominal charge may be incurred to cover administration costs on a cancellation.

Refunds: Once an order has been mixed or a pre-mix has been dispatched no changes or cancellations will be accepted and charges will not be refunded.

Prices and Payment: Prices on our website are in GBP £ and are subject to change. The granola mixes are zero VAT rated. Payment is taken through our online payment gateway at the time of your order. Shipping is added to your basket on checkout.

Delivery policy: Shipping is currently provided by the Royal Mail.  Please note that we have no control over the conditions in which the granola is stored once it has left our premises. Delivery is to the UK only.  Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may incur delays due to customs checks.
