Australian Crystalized Ginger

Gourmet Granola’s Australian Crystallized Ginger is renowned for being some of the highest quality in the world. It has a delicious warm and full smooth flavor that is not as harsh and fibrous as other sources.

The ginger is planted in September and harvested the following February while it is still tender and young.  The ginger is gently simmered in sugar syrup then coated in sugar.

Ginger has been used throughout history for its healing properties and benefits to health and wellbeing.
