- What is Gourmet Granola?

Oats which are toasted slowly in maple syrup, carob juice, honey and virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil, with the addition of your chosen delicious ingredients.
- Does granola contain nuts?
Only if you add nuts to your mix! Please note that our factory does process nuts and seeds so may contain traces even when not added to your mix.
- How many ingredients should I add to my granola base?

We recommend 4 to 5 ingredients but it is entirely up to you. There is a maximum allowance of 6 ingredients plus a base and a minimum number of 3 ingredients plus a base.
- How long will my order take to be delivered?
We aim to send your granola out within 48 hours unless otherwise stated clearly on the website. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests.
- Can I order a larger quantity of granola?
Yes! You can order multiple units of your mix or you can create new mixes. If you want to buy wholesale please contact us directly.
- Can I add more of the same ingredient
Yes - you can add additional units of the same ingredient. Just click on the ingredient again!
- What is the weight of a pre-mix?
All pre-mixes are 450g unless otherwise stated.
- Is there a simple way to re-order a mix I have created previously?
Yes! This should be stored in your account. However if any of the ingredients are no longer stocked you will not be able to re-order your mix.
- Why can’t I see a mix I previously ordered in my account?
When an ingredient is no longer stocked any mixes using this ingredient will not be visible in your account.
- Can I buy Gourmet Granola from any shops?
No.
- Is Gourmet Granola wheat free?
Wheat is not added.
- Is Gourmet Granola gluten free?
Oats contain a form of gluten.
- What do I do if I am unhappy with my product?
Please contact us with your order number and contact details.
- I am having difficulties with the website, what shall I do?
Please contact us and we will look into this for you.
- How do I know if I have double paid?
It is highly unlikely this will occur but if you have any concerns please contact us and we can check for you.
- Are there any job vacancies?

- Do any of the ingredients contain Sulpher Dioxide?
Gourmet Granola tries to use ingredients with no preservatives. Occasionally this is not possible. Please contact us directly and we can check the ingredients you have selected.
